The building on the new album cover was a real one, but it no longer exists. It was a building in Mojave desert. You can explore the location on Google Maps.
It seems to be a known spot for photographer as a quick Google search shows. You can try Google Lens on Chrome to have more photos from this location. It appears on an architecture study books too.
